Bring your next group into our newly remodeled kitchen for an out-of-the-ordinary culinary adventure! Skip the traditional at-home Sunday afternoon luncheon and have your guests cook up their own meal under the direction of a professionally-trained chef.
Upon your group's arrival, you will be greeted with a beverage, a Lake Geneva School of Cooking apron and the recipe packet for the class. The Chef will give an overview of the day's menu and will then teach a brief lesson in basic techniques used in the preparation of the dishes as well as safety and sanitation. The Chef then divides the menu up to so that each participant will be responsible for creating their own segment of the meal. The chef and assistants will float between participants to assist, offer tips and suggestions, address questions or concerns and make sure that every dish is a success!
After the meal is prepared, you and your guests will have the opportunity to sit down and "break bread" together and enjoy the feast that was created by the entire group.
