How to Register & Payment Policy
Register for any class by calling our school at (262) 248-3933. When registering, be sure to indicate which class your are registering for and what the date of the class is, as well as, the number of participants. Payment must accompany registration. The Lake Geneva School of Cooking accepts all major credit cards.
 
Enrollment
Seating and enrollment are on a first-come first-serve basis. If a class is full, we are happy to place you on our waiting list. We will notify you if a space becomes available or if a class is added.
 
Cancellations
You will receive a full refund for your class fee if you cancel your paid reservation at least seven days before the scheduled class. If you do not cancel in advance, we will charge your credit card in full for the class. Please feel free to send a friend in your place. We reserve the right to cancel classes. In the event a class is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a full refund or credit.
 
Hands-On Classes
It's time to roll up your sleeves and participate in the learning process in an intimate class where you do the cooking! At the end of class, enjoy the meal or dishes you have prepared together! Classes typically last 3-4 hours.
 
Demonstration Classes
Watch, listen and learn as the Chef John demonstrates techniques and prepares the recipes. This class includes tasting samples of all the dishes that were prepared. Classes typically last 3 to 3 1/2 hours and cost an additional $10 per class
 
Young Chefs
Our classes are intended for students 16 and older. Children and teens are welcome in our Young Chef's classes, which are hands-on and specifically designed for particular age groups.
 
Clothing
We recommend that class participants wear comfortable, casual clothing. For safety, students should wear closed-toe shoes for all classes. Aprons will be provided so that clothing is protected during class.
 
Class Discount
Class participants will receive a 10% discount on all store merchandise purchased on the day of class.
